Jay He graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law, Lawyer and Human Resource Manager, with over 10 years of experience in HR legal and compliance consultant. He specializes in the construction of enterprise labor relations systems and the handling of complex labor relations issues, and has provided comprehensive compliance advice to foreign-funded companies and large domestic enterprises for a long term, and participated in the resolution of individual and collective disputes.
He focuses on practice and insists on being a legal consultant who understands HR and a personnel expert who keeps the bottom line. He has provided personnel compliance consulting services to more than 200 enterprises and participated in the writing of the White Paper on China's Human Resources Service Industry and the White Paper on All Cost of Employment. He once served as the legal director of Shanghai Foreign Service Human Resources Consulting Co., Ltd. during which he led the team to provide permanent consulting services and lecture series for the company's regional companies across China.
Kevin Zhou(周凯刚)Senior Legal Counsel
Kevin Zhou graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with national legal professional qualification and corporate legal advisor qualification and more than 13 years’ experience in HR legal and compliance consulting. He also has more than 6 years’ experience in HR outsourcing service risk control, more than 5 years’ experience in HR compliance control consulting services specializing in the field of employment law.
He has provided consulting services in the HR legal and compliance control consulting service for more than a total of 1,000 clients covering the whole process of personnel compliance management control, including Legal text design, case consultation on human resource management compliance practices, labor dispute settlement, personnel placement plan design and counseling in the process of enterprise shutdown and transfer, etc.
